We enjoyed our time at "La Roussette"; the location is very convenient if what you want is discover Mahe.
Close to the city Victoria, you have choice of beaches all around; we strongly advise to rent a car, so you can realy see the island.
Although the rooms are simple, the service is more than ok, all the staff being so friendly and smiling.(specially Nicole, always helpful and full of good energy!).
We hope to be back some day

We have been on Seychelles already several times with my family.
I truly consider them as the most beautiful tropical islands in the world.
Amongst our previous visits we have been staying several times at Hotel La Roussette, which I think is one of the best Guest houses on Mahe island.
The hotel has convenient location (close to Mahe international airport) as well as cozy and good-value-for-money accommodation.
It is just a step away of the ocean and you may rent small car at the reception

My wife and I visited Seychelles last year and enjoyed Mahe Island very much. During the two weeks holiday, we stayed at Hotel La Roussette not far from the international Airport. We were very satisfied with the service provided and fascinating Creole dishes in the evening. We visited various sites on Mahe Island and also visited the neighbouring islands Praslin and La Dique. This guest house is simply unique; it’s clean, central and offers great value for money. It even has its own car hire. We are planning to visit Seychelles again beginning of next year to visit other outer islands together with our 3 children. We will definitely stay at Hotel La Roussette again. |

We were blessed to have an opportunity to visit Seychelles for our holiday. We spent some 14 days on Mahe and Prale end December beginning of January. Since we arrived to Mahe firstly we decided to stay on the island for a while and choose a charming guest house La Rousette just few kilometers from Victora (the capital of Seychelles).
